Refund & Return Policy

At Kingdom Creations, each product is handcrafted with care. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on all items. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For sanitary and product safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items once they have been delivered:

  • Soaps

  • Tallow balms

  • Skincare and body products

  • Any other personal-use bath or body items

These items may only be refunded or replaced if they arrive damaged, defective, or if we made an error with your order.

 

Returns on Fragrance & Home Products

We may accept returns on certain fragrance or home products within 15 days of delivery, provided that:

  • the item is unused

  • the item is in its original condition

  • the item is returned in its original packaging, when applicable

Eligible fragrance or home products may include items such as:

  • candles

  • wax melts

  • other non-personal-use fragrance products

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error.

If a return is approved, refunds for eligible items will be processed after the product is received and inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is due to damage, defect, or our error, we will review and, when appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund

 

Digital Products

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital download purchases are final and non-refundable.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are generally non-refundable once placed, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or there was an error on our part.

 

Shipping Issues

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, transit delays, lost packages, and carrier mishandling are outside our direct control. However, if there is an issue with your shipment, please reach out and we will do our best to help.

 

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
