US domestic shipping
Once your order is processed (3-5 Business Days), delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number for your order once it has been shipped, so you can track its progress. We will do all we can to get your order to you as soon as possible.
International shipping
Once your order is processed (3-5 Business Days), delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method available to you. Please note Kingdom Creations currently only ships to the following countries:

You will receive a tracking number for your order once it has been shipped, so you can track its progress. We will do all we can to get you your order as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that international shipments may be subject to additional customs and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy

Cancellation Policy
Because of how orders are processed in the system, we are unfortunately unable to offer cancellations once an order is placed.
Returns & Refunds
All items are printed to order and inspected for quality before mailing. On the event that your item was damaged in transit a replacement request must occur within 72 hours of delivery and must be accompanied with photo evidence of the damaged item (as well as the packaging, if possible). Please kindly email your order number and a photo of the item to cass.kingdomcreations@outlook.com for a replacement. Items are not returnable after 72 hours. Once this documentation is received, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible (US Orders Only + T’s&C’s Apply).
If you would like to return your item, a full refund for the item (minus the cost of shipping) will be issued but you would be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refunds will only be issued once the item returned is received by Kingdom Creations.
Kingdom Creations is not responsible for damages caused by improper handling throughout the entire domestic and international shipping process.
Wrong Address
Please double check and ensure you have entered the correct shipping address! Kingdom Creations is not responsible for shipping addresses that are entered incorrectly at check out and will not be able to replace these items once they are shipped or cover the costs to reship items if they are returned by our courier.
