Shipping Policy
At Kingdom Creations, we take great care in preparing and packaging each order so it arrives safely and in beautiful condition.
Shipping Schedule
Because some of our products can be affected by warmer temperatures, our shipping schedule changes seasonally:
March through OctoberOrders ship Monday through Wednesday to help reduce the risk of packages sitting in transit over the weekend or being exposed to excessive heat for extended periods.
November through FebruaryOrders ship Monday through Saturday.
Processing Time
Please allow time for your order to be processed, packed, and prepared for shipment. Processing times may vary slightly during launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, but we always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Pre-Orders
For items listed as pre-order, orders generally arrive within 1 week of the product’s listed availability date.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship together once all items are ready unless otherwise stated.
Warm Weather Shipping Note
During warmer months, we carefully schedule shipments to help protect heat-sensitive items in transit. Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, shipping conditions are outside of our control, but we do everything we can on our end to help your order arrive safely.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.
Special Shipping Requests
During warmer months, we ship on a limited schedule to help protect heat-sensitive items in transit. If you request shipment of an in-stock item outside our normal shipping window, we may be able to accommodate that request on a case-by-case basis. By requesting shipment outside our standard schedule, you acknowledge the increased risk of heat exposure or transit-related damage and agree that the affected items are not eligible for refund, return, or replacement for heat-related issues, melting, or texture changes resulting from that request.
